I'm Vicky, Mam of three girls.
Makenzie, Lexi and Jess (step-daughter).
We began this journey back in 2020 as we have always enjoyed being outside and discovering new places.
Friends and family would frequently question me about locations we had shared on social media. I was told on many occasions to create a blog despite the fact that I lacked any prior experience in the field and found the idea to be somewhat terrifying, we dipped our toe in and voila, here we are.
The girls and I have been so fortunate over the years and are very grateful, having collaborated with a large number of businesses in the North East and beyond.
Through this platform, I would love to inspire other families, like mine, to learn about the exciting places they can visit with their young children. From shows to events, fantastic lodging options, and family-friendly restaurants.
I'm a big believer in the quote "Go and enjoy as many places as you can. You can always make money, but you can't always make memories.

No we share a wide range of things to do across the North East for the whole family. This includes family-friendly activities, events and days out with the kids, but also ideas for mums’ nights out, date nights, theatre shows, festivals, food spots and seasonal events.
The aim is to help people discover great things happening across the region, whether you're planning a day out with the children, a night out with friends, or something special as a couple.
New events, activities and guides are added regularly throughout the year, especially around key times such as school holidays, Easter, Halloween and Christmas.
